We reserve the right to modify the products, prices, and other content on

While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors, misinterpretations, or inaccuracies
may occur. We reserve the right to correct such issues whenever identified.

Product & Pricing
Prices displayed on www.sptvision.in are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of taxes.
Prices may fluctuate frequently, and no price protection is offered on any product.
All products have specific minimum and maximum order quantity limits, which must be adhered to.
Products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that a product will always be in stock.
Order & Payment
Orders will only be processed after payment realization in favor of
SPT Vision India Private Limited, Jodhpur.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on working days may be scheduled for processing
on the next business day.
All prices are quoted ex-warehouse Jaipur or Jodhpur.
Freight charges will be applied at checkout based on shipment method, distance,
weight, and dimensions.
Shipping and Delivery
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
We use standard shipping companies that provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
Shipments through transport services will be on a To Pay basis,
with payment due upon delivery.
For any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.
Warranty, Return & Refunds
All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s
website for warranty details.
Warranty claims must be addressed directly to the manufacturer or their authorized
service provider. Contact details are available on our homepage.
Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported and returned
within 7 days of the billing date.
Returns are not accepted after 7 days of billing. Returned products must be in good
condition, fully packed, and free from mishandling.
Products ordered on a back-to-back basis (special orders) are not eligible for returns.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, refund requests are not accepted.
Compatibility
SPT Vision India Private Limited, Jodhpur cannot guarantee the compatibility
of any product for a specific purpose. Customers are advised to evaluate product
compatibility before purchase.
Legal & Liability
All sales are final. SPT Vision India Private Limited, Jodhpur shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use
or inability to use a product.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of
Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
